Mad Over Brownies is literally the best cafe in Bhubaneswar!! I had their Pizza and also tried their brownies; which they are famous for. I must tell you, they did not disappoint me at all. The brownies literally melted in my mouth and the Pizza was perfectly baked too. I highly recommend MOB to everybody!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
