Chill Vibes & Comfort Food at Machan, Bhimtal Machan is one of the better café-style restaurants in Bhimtal—offering a nice blend of Continental, Indian, and Pan Asian cuisine. It’s got a pretty solid setup with ample parking (a big plus in hill stations), and well-laid-out seating both indoors and semi-outdoors. The view is decent—not the best in Bhimtal, but still pleasant enough to enjoy your meal. We tried the Tandoori Chicken, a couple of pizzas, and their milkshakes—all of which were tasty and served fresh. The only letdown was the donut, which really missed the mark. But other than that, the experience was smooth and satisfying. Would definitely give this place a thumbs up for its food variety, cozy ambiance, and accessibility.
