If you want to try Chinese cuisine, get your chance and visit this restaurant. Spend a nice time here and share nicely cooked naan, garlic naans and paneer with your friends. A number of reviewers note that the staff is nice at Machaan. Terrific service is something guests appreciate here. When you enter this place, you notice the calm atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

Absolutely disgusting experience! Utterly awful The lady staff’s behaviour was beyond rude Just fire her- ridiculous and pathetic. No sense of customer service, no respect, and a completely unprofessional attitude. I was shocked at the way they treat people. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, I strongly advise you to stay away. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible experience. I went for dinner in Machaan with my family. The ambience is poorly lit with no extra lights. There was hardly any crowd. We felt suffocating in the corner table. Upon asking the waiter to switch on the AC, he said AC is not working and they can only provide the pedestal fan for some relief. It took 25 minutes for the first starters to arrive and that too it was incomplete. Again on enquiring the waiter, he said they have run out of gas and we need to wait for the remaining starters (forget the main course). Our family decided to leave mid meal with anger and frustration and cancelled all other orders due to such bad experience and customer service. We asked how the restuarant is running in such a pathetic way with no one answerable (there was no manager or supervisor to be seen, just a bunch of 3-4 young waiters who appeared clueless). The waiter in the red shirt himself said, " Jaise taise chal raha hai sir. Kisi bhi din band ho jayega restuarant". We left immediately never to come back there. Such a horrid experience. Will definitely not recommend anyone to go to Machaan. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
