Anand Store ke liye Complaint Details: Company Name: Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt Ltd (Westlife Foodworld) Store Location: Shop No 46, Ground Floor, Maruti Mall, Maruti Solaris, Anand - Sojitra Rd, Anand, Gujarat 388120. Subject: URGENT: Formal Complaint - Extreme Misconduct, Harassment, and Fake Status McDonald’s Anand Outlet Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team, I am writing this to lodge a severe and official complaint against your Anand, Gujarat (Maruti Solaris Mall) outlet. My experience today was not just poor service; it was a calculated insult and harassment. I wish to report the following points for immediate action: Fake Delivery Status: I placed an order which was delayed for over an hour, yet your McDonald's App falsely marked it as "Delivered" long before it reached me. This is a scam to hide your outlet's inefficiency. Unprofessional & Rude Staff: When I called the store to inquire about my missing order, the staff was extremely rude. Instead of helping, they kept saying, "Staff nahi hai toh main kya karun?" and repeatedly disconnected (cut) my calls while I was speaking. They refused to give a proper answer and kept delaying the order without any accountability. Insulting Behavior by Delivery Staff: When the delivery boy finally arrived, he spoke with extreme ego and arrogance. He had the audacity to insult me by saying: "Agar aapko paisa chahiye toh main de sakta hoon" (If you want money, I can give it to you). How can a global brand like McDonald's allow its staff to insult a paying customer’s self-respect? Offering me money instead of providing the service I paid for is a gross violation of customer rights. I demand the following within 24 hours: A formal written apology from the Store Manager for the staff's behavior and for hanging up on me. Strict disciplinary action against the delivery boy and the staff member on the call. A full refund of my order. If this is not resolved, I will take this to the Consumer Forum (NCH) and post the details of this insult on every social media platform to warn people about the toxic culture at your Anand outlet.
