Mexican chicken grilled cheese burger was and we can customjze burger accoding to our tastes but french fries were smaller than burger King's. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Date: 26/09/2025 Order No.: 122 Staff: Mr. Ganesh Mr. Ganesh at this McDonald’s outlet asked for an extra charge for additional sauce, while at other McDonald’s locations, I’ve received extra sauce without any charge. This inconsistency is confusing. I’d like clarification on your sauce policy and request that service be consistent across all outlets. And also the bun was served cold.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald's, Inorbit Mall Vashi I visited this outlet yesterday and was left underwhelmed. Unfortunately, the fries were served cold, and the service was subpar. To make matters worse, the burger lacked flavor and failed to meet my expectations. As a customer, I hope for better quality food and service from a renowned brand like McDonald's.
