Rude satff. I asked for replacement of burned roti they said delivery boy not available and has the wrong attitude of talking with a coustomer...no doubt all these are trying to dominant others never buying form this hotel from now onwards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

worst restaurant in thane horrible experience we found rat in tandoori chiken its totally cotted in batter please don't order any kind food in this restaurant when we found ( rat ) in tandoori and call the restaurant they don't respond don't reserve a single call please don't go in this restaurant

The experience at Maaz Inn Family Restaurant was disappointing. The quality of food was below average and did not meet expectations. Service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction. The atmosphere was also quite poor, making the overall visit unenjoyable. I would not recommend this place for dining.
