See the difference between the refrence pic amd actual one I am giving two stars for taste only that was good. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the cake we received on April 6th. We had placed an order well in advance and shared a reference image with your team, trusting that the final product would match our expectations. Unfortunately, the cake we received was completely different from what we had discussed. Our expectations were very high, considering your reputation, but the final result was not only underwhelming—it was embarrassing. In front of all our guests, the poor appearance of the cake prompted several people to ask where it had been ordered from. It was not just different from the picture we provided, it looked unprofessional and frankly, quite pathetic.
