Review for Gokul Makhan Bhog, Ranchi I visited this restaurant and ordered Pav Bhaji, Veg Mix Chowmein, and Chilli Paneer. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. - The Pav Bhaji was completely off-taste, it didn’t resemble Pav Bhaji at all. I couldn’t even take a photo, otherwise I would have attached it here. - While taste issues can happen sometimes, what shocked me was the staff’s behavior. When I politely complained, instead of listening, the staff argued back saying “you are just finding faults, nobody has ever complained.” - Hoping for better response, I raised the issue at the cash counter, but the person there also dismissed my concern rudely, insisting that “nothing like this has ever happened.” Instead of offering an apology or resolution, they spoke to me disrespectfully. - When I asked for lemon and butter to adjust the taste (which were missing in the Pav Bhaji), the staff threw them onto my plate in a very insulting manner, as if I was eating for free. - The Chowmein and Paneer Chilli were just average, but even while serving, the staff slammed the plates on the table without basic courtesy. This kind of unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. I remember Gokul Makhan Bhog used to be known for good service and polite staff, but now the standards have dropped drastically. My humble request to the owner: Please take strict action against such staff behavior. Food quality can sometimes vary, but disrespectful service ruins the entire dining experience. Thank you.
