This is one of the oldest breakfast joint of Puri known by the name of Maa Bata Mangala here you can find many items made from milk as well as their Dalma and fried items are very very tasty. They also make chuda kadamba which made the shop really popular. Parking space is little less but over wide seating area is available. Must try eateries of Puri.
