Mukherjee's Restaurant, located at Battala Crossing on GT Road in Sreerampur, Hooghly, was inaugurated just about three years ago. Despite its relatively young age, it has already earned a stellar reputation among customers not only from Sreerampur but also from the surrounding areas. We traveled all the way from Uttarpara to experience their renowned Mutton Biryani and Fish Fry, and it was well worth the journey. The food was absolutely delicious. While the menu might not boast an extensive selection, every dish they serve is a masterpiece in its own right. Some standout options include their Mutton Biryani, Chicken Reshmi Kebab, Hariyali Kebab, and the signature Diamond Fish Fry. The staff impressed us with their courteous and professional behavior. During our visit, we noticed the manager actively assisting his team, setting an admirable example of teamwork and leadership. It’s worth noting that the Mutton Biryani at Mukherjee's Restaurant surpasses the quality of those served at some of the so-called famous biryani restaurants in Barrackpore. If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit for an exceptional dining experience.
