It was not even pathetic but worst than pathetic, we ordered for French fries and the portion was LOL they were counting every fries that was put on the little tiny basket it was like they had to peel a tiny potato just to serve on the table. Cost cutting for everything won't help your business to flow like you want. Thanks for the popcorn which was unexpectedly served full ehhh! Not gonna recommend this place because it's not worth going for food .

I went there for dinner on a Saturday night and I really have to say that I was disappointed.

Hospitality:
No staff member had their mask up while serving food. Even when the staff came to take our order they were talking very close to our faces (almost made us uncomfortable) and without the mask covering their mouth/nose.

Service:
The service wasn't as bad as the hygiene protocols. They took the orders on time, brought it on time, they served us water quite late, but it was saturday night and there was rush so I let that go. But the only issue was when I asked for tonato ketchup the waiter got us Tabasco and I clarified thrice with him whether it is "tomato ketchup" and he said yes, and he said the Tobasco bottle has tomato ketchup. But when I tried it, it was regulsr Tobasco sauce. So then I asked another waiter to get us tomato ketchup and since we were sitting right next to the stand where waiters get cutlery from, I saw the waiter take a small bowl and wipe it with his bare hands and then pour the ketchup and bring it to me. So firstly not to mention that COVID is a serious issue, especially in Pune. Secondly even in the absence of COVID the staff should at no cost be acting this way. It was disgusting.

Food:
The taste of the food was nice. In fact if I know for sure that MRP would take real efforts to improve their hygeine protocols, then I would definitely order food from there soon. I ate fish and chips, asian pink pepper chicken, and veggie delight pizza. All of it tasted amazing! And I also had cocktails, which I would say were completely mild and almost tasted like sugar water. So if MRP is trying to save on alcohol by doing this, they got to stop.
