Today at morning i went there the lady is at reception serve me a coffe in used cup ..cup layer up with black mold dirty cup.. i told her change my coffee ..i dnt want that.. this outlet is my favorite since 2 years but now i never visit again at mr.brown..i ordered 2 cappuccino and one crossiant ..even she is not change a used tray..also she screaming so loud on staff bcoz the boy fell down coffee on floor by mistake..he is injured..she is yelling continusly..she didnt know how to behave..my morning and my mood both spoil..tap is leakage and dirty kitchen every thing mess.. Food: 1 Service: 1

I have purchased light chocolate cake from your Gaur City outlet on March 21st at approximately 9:30 PM. Upon opening the cake in the mid-night, I noticed a strong unpleasant odor, indicating that the cake was stale or spoiled. Its ruined our party as well as faith in your bakery, it also added a dent in your goodwill as there are friends and family in that event. So Next day in the morning I reported this issue to your store, They collected the cake from me and told me that they would send it to their workshop. and they will revert back to us with the response that they will receive from there but I have not received a proper response despite multiple follow-ups. Every time they have a new reason for delaying the thing. In the store when I have asked for a complaint form even though they don't have the same they have asked me to fill the feedback form. Making fool to the customers not recommend ever . Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
