My family had breakfast from there, the service was very pathetic only 2 persons are taking orders for all tables and waited looong tym to get that besides the bill too high They serving very little in quantity especially the uzhunnu vada was small in size, masala dosa was like blade, means very low in quantity, porotta also small in size They charged Rs. 19 for 1 tea Rs.85 for that above said masala dosa Rs. 19.10 for 1 uzhunnu vada Rs. 16 for 1 porotta Rs. 16 for 1 Idly Rs. 55 for 1 green piece curry Half Above said prices are exclusive of GST !!! Dear Owner/authority, Kindly serve good food, at reasonable price and quantity. If I know the charge before having food, would take a picture to show you that serving food for this high price!!! Dropped by Hotel MRA Calicut for breakfast recently, and honestly, it was a bit underwhelming. The service, right from the start, felt off. One of the first things you notice in a restaurant is how the staff engages with you, whether it's while placing an order, waiting for food, or asking for something extra. Here, it was tough to get the waiters' attention, and the overall vibe from the team wasn’t very welcoming. Even the manager seemed disconnected, watching confused customers without stepping in to help. As for the food, it was okay at best. The beef curry was on the pricier side and didn’t quite hit the mark. The vegetarian options also felt a bit uninspired. To top it off, it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and this wasn’t even during rush hour. This place definitely has potential, but it could really benefit from better service training, a more attentive staff, and some improvements in food quality and kitchen coordination. Very Bad... Attitude of the person who taken our orders and the way he replied on our query about the delay is too rude and not at all suitable for the industry. Even they billed items which were not ordered or had by us. When pointed out this, taken very silly and said I will deduct then what is the issue.. Quality of the food was too bad.. Never visit this facility again. I had good experience in their Vadakara Branch, which made me to go in Ramanattukara facility with family... Ruined the mood
