It's time to relax and eat tasty beef. Many visitors point out that the staff is patient at this restaurant. Cool service is something clients agree upon here. The charming atmosphere will be a good addition to tasty meals and great location of MRA BAKERY AND RESTAURANT. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

had initially given MRA Restaurant, Mattanur a good rating when they started out, as my first experiences here were fairly positive. However, after visiting this place several times over the past months, I feel compelled to update my review. The biggest disappointment has been their service. Unfortunately, this branch has consistently provided some of the worst service experiences I’ve had at any restaurant in the area. The staff often seem unapproachable, indifferent, and at times even rude, which makes dining here very unpleasant. What frustrates me more is that I’ve visited their other branches, where the service was far better and much more professional. So clearly, the issue seems specific to this outlet. That being said, I have to give credit where it’s due—the tea they serve here is honestly among the best in the city. If you’re only stopping by for a quick tea break, it might still be worth it. But if you’re planning to dine in, especially expecting a good experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby where you’ll get both good food and respectful service. In short: Great tea, but terrible service. MRA Mattanur really needs to work on training their staff and improving customer care if they want to match the standards of their other outlets. Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2
