The wait time was too long. They didn't even prepare one item and I ordered only 2. I had to tell them again after waiting for more than 30 mins. Japchae tasted burnt and the noodle consistency was off, probably overcooked. Chicken steamed mandu was ok but I saw the register woman handling it without gloves while reheating. People who handle cash shouldn't be handling the food items. Also, it was a bit dry and the covering on one of them was stale. Based on the amount they are charging, they really need to step up their game. I don't normally write bad reviews in public but I really felt scammed on this one.
