One of the worst experience I have my pizza got delayed for approx 3 hours. I called twice at customer care number and was told it's on process and i shouldn't cancel to avoid food wastage. When food arrived delivery partner told that the oven was not working at restaurant that means it was not in process and could have been easily cancelled,but I was kept waiting on basis of lies.totally unethical and money sucking behaviour. I was told on customer service call that full refund will be given , but after delivery no refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst pizza i and garlic bread i ever tasted and had to throw the pizza and garlic bread away. The pizza base and the garlic bread isn't properly cooked and feels like its stale and tastes really sour. I had already vomited after having few slices of pizza and a chunk of garlic bread. How can you serve such stale food to the customers. Isn't expected from zomato.
