And was waiting for delivery. So after 30 minutes when delivery was done, it was missing with one Pav Bhaji. So I called delivery boy, he as usual said contact Zomato. Then I called the hotel and spoke to Mr. Atul Duthonde.
Initially Mr. Atul was like no sir I have checked, there is only 1 Pav Bhaji ordered with other things. So I reconfirmed my order and it had 2 Pav Bhaji. And Mr. Atul also confirmed the same and said he made mistake and then Mr. Atul wanted to transfer moneyback of my remaining order as he was not able to deliver. This thing made me furious and rush to his restaurant.
Cut to I went to restaurant to collect my remaining order. There this Mr. Atul started apologising and blaming the boys working at his place, which I felt really sad and I had raise my voice on Mr.Atul.
So today reason to write such a long essay is that please make sure whenever you order from MH12 Pav Bhaji, you call and inform Mr. Atul with your order cause he tends to forget and creates blunder with your order. As suggested by Mr. Atul please call me next time when you place order. So pathetic and lame management is spoiling the restaurant name. No right way to handle the customer.
