Food is very very very good. The best king fish thali I had ever . Nice and cozy setup. It's always packed up, keep some time for getting the tables. Pricing is also very decent. Sevice is to the point, they are quick and efficient. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

Visited Matsya Restaurant, Mapusa for lunch and tried a mix of starters and local dishes. The Chicken Kurkure was a pleasant surprise — crispy, tasty and served in an attractive shot-glass style with a sweet sauce that really elevated the flavour. The Crab Butter Garlic was the highlight of the meal — rich, creamy and absolutely mouth-watering. Definitely a must-try for seafood lovers. However, the Vade Kombde Thali didn’t live up to the hype. The chicken was good, but the overall thali felt average. I would personally recommend going for their Fish Thali instead — seems to be a better value and more satisfying option here. The ambience is very nice, comfortable and perfect for a relaxed lunch. Service is on the slower side, so expect a bit of waiting time. Overall, a good spot for seafood, especially crab and fish dishes.
