Malai kofta can be sweet but not by adding suger, chef in experience. Quality of Roti also not good. Better enquire about dish u want to order. Atmosphere is good Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited Masalaa Family Restaurant in Ulwe Sector 23 and had a satisfying experience. I started with the Chicken Manchow Soup, which tasted nice and had a good balance of flavors. For the main course, I ordered butter garlic Naan, Chicken Banjaara Masala, and Chicken Biryani. The Chicken Banjaara Masala had a satisfying gravy and was cooked to perfection. However, I found the Chicken Biryani to be just okay and it didn't meet my expectations.

The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was commendable, as they were prompt and attentive to our needs.

Overall, my experience at Masalaa Family Restaurant was positive. I would recommend it to others, considering the tasty dishes, good ambiance, and commendable service.

Extremely bad behaviour by the person at the reception desk of the hotel. I visited the restaurant with family for dinner, & amidst heavy rains after we were confirmed of a table by the person at the reception, and elderly ladies had walked in, we were told to wait for another 30 minutes or else we were very rudely asked to leave. These fellows must be taken to task. I have taken the photo of this man at the counter/desk who caused huge inconvenience to our family amidst heavy rains.
