Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. The charming atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients.
This hotel provides very poor and irresponsible service. I witnessed an unpleasant incident where a customer politely told the cashier that supply was taking too long. Instead of handling it properly, the cashier arrogantly replied, “This is how it is in our hotel. If you don’t have time, just leave.” The customer tried to explain that even basic things like leaf and water were not provided at the beginning. But the cashier argued back aggressively with harsh words. The situation became so insulting that the customer, out of frustration, hit himself with his own chappals and felt humiliated. Finally, he ended up punishing himself by continuing to eat in that hotel. Seeing this behavior, I immediately decided never to eat here again.
