Finally a branch of Mandi Manzil at ulloor with same taste and service. Experience it if you're new, enjoy it if you're returning for taste. Second update: a minute ago NEW I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Uloor Mandi Manzil. Me and my wife arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 p.m. and requested an Alfam Mandi, which was available at the time. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, we were informed by the waiter that the Alfam Mandi was no longer available and that it was only available to customers who had booked in advance over the phone. We were thoroughly disappointed and frustrated by this situation, as we have specifically requested the Alfam Mandi when we arrived and had been told that it was available. I understand that the restaurant may have been experiencing high demand for the dish, but I believe that it is unfair to prioritize phone bookings over walk-in customers who have already arrived at the restaurant and made a request. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. NB: My wife have such a bad experience she is adamant about not returning anywhere near mandi manzil ulloor!
