Very worst experience .Last week I have ordered 4 chicken briyani out of that 4.They have kept 2 small pieces of chicken only.And immediately i called the owner of the hotel and informed the same with the photograph.still i didn't get any call or reply anything from the concerned person. And i am the regular customer and ordered many times in the same hotel.This was my 2nd bad experience which I was not happy with this Hotel Madurai Mass. So don't do order any food from this hotel.The same will happen for you also. Thankyou.
