Dear Ms. Akanksha Jain, Thank you for choosing Madhur Restaurant. We truly appreciate your visit and the opportunity to serve you. During your time with us, we noticed that three of your guests (2 Male 1 Female) were lying down on sofas, which is not appropriate in a dining environment. As our restaurant was actively serving other guests and expecting more arrivals, we kindly requested that the sofas be left available for seating. Unfortunately, our staff’s request was not followed, which led to my intervention. While we understand that some guests may need rest, we kindly ask that all customers respect our seating arrangements and restaurant guidelines to ensure a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for everyone. It has become a concerning trend lately for some guests to leave negative reviews, even when the food and service were satisfactory, simply because they were asked to follow basic rules or guidelines. We hope you understand that our intention is to provide an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, and we must enforce these standards to ensure the best possible environment for everyone.
