"Very disappointing experience at Mad Grill Rooftop Restaurant, Pollachi. The staff were completely unprofessional—watching movies and using their phones instead of attending to customers. They didn’t even bother to look at us, let alone provide any service. Definitely not recommended.". Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
