I had high expectations due to the ratings and the crowd at the place. We ordered masala papad, which was just average. The initial service was quick, and our first item arrived promptly. However, when we requested extra rotis immediately after the food arrived, it took 25 minutes just because we told the waiters who served us, instead of the main person taking orders—this was quite frustrating. Later, the jeera rice we ordered had a strange, unpleasant smell, which was really disappointing. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly place, but the experience didn’t live up to the hype. Also, parking is a challenge due to how crowded it gets. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

We recently visited Maahi Dhaba in Hinjewadi Phase 1 and tried a variety of dishes, including Tandoori Roti, Maahi Special, Sev Bhaji, and Paneer Angara. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Maahi Special, a unique and delightful combination of spicy paneer and sweet paneer – highly recommended! The Paneer Angara was flavorful as well, and the Sev Bhaji complemented the meal perfectly. Their chaach and lassi were refreshing and a great addition to the dining experience. On top of that, the prices of all dishes were very affordable, making it a great option for budget-friendly dining. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The waiter who took our order was a bit rude, which slightly dampened the overall experience. The ambiance of the restaurant could use some work to create a more inviting atmosphere, and better hygiene standards need to be maintained. Overall, Maahi Dhaba offers delicious and pocket-friendly food but needs to improve its customer service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
