Absolutely unacceptable experience! I ordered 6 pcs steam paneer cheese momos and 6 pcs veg steam cheese momos, but instead I got only 4 pcs each. On top of that, instead of veg cheese momos, they shamelessly sent me corn cheese momos. To make things worse, I paid an extra ₹82 for delivery since this restaurant is far from my home, only to be cheated like this. When I called the restaurant to point this out, the lady arrogantly said, “I gave you the correct order.” When I told her to at least accept the mistake, she casually replied, “Theek hai sir, aapko lagta hai to I’m sorry.” Excuse me? Lagta hai? I’m not lying about missing momos and wrong items! This is insulting and shows zero respect for customers. The food taste and quality were also far below average definitely not worth the hype. And when I reached out through Zomato support, they just said the restaurant “confirmed” the order was right. How is that possible when there’s corn in my momos instead of veg cheese? This is not about money, this is about honesty and loyalty towards customers. Restaurants like this ruin trust. Ma Se Momos if you can’t deliver the correct order and treat your customers with basic respect, you don’t deserve to be in this business. Clearly i am saying again its now about money its about honesty that clearly you have been lacking And to everyone planning to order from them please check their Zomato reviews first. It’s clear this is not the first time they’ve done such things Highly disappointed and will NEVER order again.
