Great location, Boutique style hotel, however poor maintenance, No proper dusting inside the room. AC filters weren't cleansed for ages resulting in poor cooling. The taste of dosa felt like they were using reused oil. Coffee was great! Overall a great property not suitable for a pleasant stay just because of poor maintenance.
