WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – Silver Folk Madina Station Ordered food worth ₹1200 and asked for home delivery – they bluntly refused. I had to reorder via Crisfood, and while the delivery guy did his job, Silver Folk sent the WRONG ORDER. When I called to get it corrected, they arrogantly told me to come to the restaurant myself! No apology, no replacement – just rude, arrogant staff who clearly have no clue how to treat customers. Disgusting service. Zero professionalism. Don’t waste your time or money here. This place is a joke. I hope platforms like Google and food delivery partners take serious action. Sharing this publicly so others don’t have to face such an awful experience.
