My family visited cafe at Kozhencherry couple of times this week.Snacks are delicious. But I would like to mention about service by one of the staff wasn't good and unfortunately we had to leave the shop without buying our snacks.As a NRI I went to buy some snacks (Laddu) , staff refused to give less than 10 of them in a paper box. I wanted to get about 30 of them 6 in each box to gift to multiple people abroad.I don't feel its nice to divide it by hand later when giving to someone else. I didn't understand why they refused to give it in box. What type of customer service?Rest of the bakers have no issues to pack it as their customers requirement. It will be nice if the staff could treat the customers well.

“Everything in this place looks so good. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. I tried most of my favourite items and have the most delicious homemade taste for all. I am fully satisfied with M kins Bake & Cafe. Thanks for this venture where we can taste natural feel.
