If you are an employee working around Hitech City then and are in a mood of having some Biryani along with a few starters and other dishes in main-course(Amaravati included) at a very 'reasonable' price, this is the place for you.
Yes, 'M Kitchen' is a venture of 'Yuktha' and has opened recently in a food court named, 'The Treat' which is exactly opposite to Cyber Gateways.
Another thing to notice here is that you have Amaravati and M Kitchen (both managed by Yuktha)
set up in the same window. So you have a choice here to order from both the Menus :)
We had tried a few dishes from Amaravati as well as M Kitchen. Well, I'm gonna limit the review specific to M Kitchen though.
M Kitchen has a new concept here. Unlike the regular biryani, they serve Live Biryani. Which means, the biryani that is being served at this place is not made in huge quantities like the usual ones. The Biryani Rice and Masala are cooked separately and brought here. The Masalas and the Biryani Rice is mixed in a cooking pan (picture attached) according to the orders placed and served hot.
From M Kitchen's menu, we've tried, 'Mughlai Boneless Chicken Biryani', 'Chettinadu Meen Biryani (Fish)', 'Paneer Tikka Biryani' and 'Prawns Biryani'.
Again, as all these items are termed as Live Biryanis and are made right in front of you, you have an option of requesting to alter the levels of spiciness
according to your taste buds.
Among all the biryanis we have tasted, I was impressed by Chettiandu Meen Biryani and Prawns Biryani. Going by the prices I would say that the quantity is a real deal breaker.
On the whole, I would definitely visit this place whenever I'm around Cyber Towers and in need of a quick and a delicious bite.
This Biryani Kitchen makes you a live biryani at reasonable prices and the quantity should be sufficient for a single panda. Tava Chicken mughlai Biryani, Chettinad meen Biryani, Paneer Tava Biryani and Prawns Biryani were the variants that we have tried. All the biryanis are tava made and not cooked in traditional handi style. My Picks of the lot : Chicken Mughlai Biryani - adequate spread of spices and soft chicken pieces, tasted good.
Chettinad meen (Fish) Biryani - I have never had a chettinad biryani before, but this tasted quite delicious and fish chunks were real good. There's still a scope of improvement in their biryani's given that I haven't found any special factor in any of the biryanis I have tried. Please do note that, these biryanis are not to be confused with our Hyderabadi Dum Biryani - else you would be utterly disappointed.
A new venture by our very own "YUKTHA" management . are you a fan of biryanis ? instant biryanis ? regional biryani ? yakhni biryani ? prawn biryani ? if yes ! then this the place for you :) A very impressive and quick concept by the management. My dining experience here was totally worth. P.S: DETAILED REVIEW COMING UP SHORTLY :)
