AVOID IT Poor Services experience Food/Service- 1)Response to their telephone extension is patchy with people manning the number not responding to calls 2)Complained about Food I ordered (paneer) which had a chalky taste and didnt eat. Front office went in person to chef to complain. He didnt come out despite their saying that customer might give bad online review They didnt waive the charges too . 3) Water Heating- Didnt work. If they cant be hospitable in a hospitality industry, no customer should go there .

I had a wonderful stay at Lynq Aero, Kolkata. The room was comfortable, and the service provided was truly exceptional. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. A special mention to Afthab and Supriya, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. They never showed any hesitation, no matter what I asked for, and their helpful nature really made my experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata. The warm hospitality and excellent service truly set it apart.
