Last night on 10th of November 2023 around 10.45 pm we walked into seven’s kitchen and asked them for a coffee, to which they refused saying the coffee shop had shut and we could order only food, we requested the server to serve two coffees and we’ll order food on the side, but he refused, which we understood as they said the coffee shop was shut, my husband joined me ten mins later and we sat in seven’s kitchen and he ordered beer and we took a chance by ordering a coffee surprisingly the coffee shop was open and we were served coffee, different rules depending upon the order. Coming to hygiene part of it, glass of water had food particles in it, which were settled at the bottom, we got the glasses changed again they were filled with dust and some white particles. The guy who refused coffee to us did not come to our table despite calling him 2-3 times, they were completely unapologetic about the dirty glasses. This is the kind of services we get in our so called 5 star hotels
