Poor food quality ...burned tikka they have given to us...irresponsible managment....we dint expected like this food from that hotel...again we wont order from there

I had ordered chicken shawarma and french fries which was on evening snacks deals page of zomato for Rs 49.

The chicken shawarma was okay but the french fries were only 5 tiny pieces with no taste.

When I had raised the issue with zomato they told me that they have escalated the complaint but there is no response from zomato till date.

I did not expect this from Luna food court/zomato.
