The ambience of the restaurant area is not so great but the food is very tasty. Has a wide range of bakery collection. Sweets like laddu tastes good but has only less shelf life as compared to other places the laddu expires within 4 or 5 days. The lums bakery is very much heard for their shawarma and grilled chicken items. I had a disappointing experience at Lums Kanhangad Bakery and Restaurant. The waiter's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant. The space is extremely congested, making it uncomfortable to sit and dine. There is only one washroom available for hand washing, which is inconvenient for customers. Moreover, the service was terribly slow—I had to wait far too long for my food after placing the order. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
