I had a disappointing experience at Lums Kanhangad Bakery and Restaurant. The waiter's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant. The space is extremely congested, making it uncomfortable to sit and dine. There is only one washroom available for hand washing, which is inconvenient for customers. Moreover, the service was terribly slow—I had to wait far too long for my food after placing the order. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
