Concern regarding an unpleasant experience my colleagues and I had during our visit to Chillout at Lulu Cyber Park tower2 Infopark Kochi, today. We were a group of nine, and while most of us planned to dine in, two members had brought lunch from home. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the policy prohibiting outside food.

While we had just begun our lunch, a security staff member approached us and asked us to leave the premises. While we understand and respect the rules in place, the manner in which we were addressed was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. The security lady spoke in an arrogant tone, which made the situation uncomfortable and disrespectful for our group.

Update Ambience and everything good. But I rate only 1 star for the security staff being rude and insult those who bring their bags asking is that food. I understand outside good is not allowed, but be nice to people. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
