This restaurant truly stands out, far surpassing the overhyped Sassy Canteen, which couldn’t even get a simple fried rice right. If you’re searching for exceptional modern Chinese and Pan-Asian cuisine, this place is in a league of its own. The halal meat options, tender duck, and flavorful seafood were all expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. To top it off, our server Sanjay provided outstanding service—warm, attentive, quick, and professional. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience in Lucknow. So we went to China House on 11 Oct, first day of their Korean food festival. The parking guy at the hotel said that if I allow him to park, it would be free, however, if I insist on parking myself, it would cost me ₹200. I said you only park. China House is on first floor. The moment we reached, we were welcomed warmly as if they were waiting for us. We sprung them a surprise that we would like to have a vegetarian Korean meal. The hostess was stumped and the chef had to be called. Koreans don’t eat veg. Anyway, he tailored a menu for us. Names are hard to remember, but there was soup, appetiser and main course. Before that the gave welcome drink and some munchies. The cocktails were being served as per customer’s Chinese birth sign. I turned out to be rat and wife dragon. . How do the Chinese know the home secret?! Food was good. The taste was much different from routine Chinese or Japanese food. Probably different oil. If you love spicy food, it may disappoint you a bit and you will have to eat sauces. I loved the mildly sweet taste. I was told that the taste was of fermented chilly. We were made to feel like royalty and were charged also like royalty. Overall a worth repeating experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu, providing great recommendations. The prices are reasonable given the quality of the food.
