I had the worst dining experience of my life at Lucy lou All day, Andheri East. I was absolutely horrified to find a cockroach floating in my drink. Disgusted, I immediately called for the manager, expecting at the very least an apology and some basic professionalism. Instead, I was met with outright rudeness and shocking indifference.The manager dismissed my concern entirely, bluntly saying, “You won’t get ill if there was a cockroach in your drink.” I was stunned—not only was there zero accountability, but the lack of basic hygiene awareness was appalling. I was really shocked being a doctor I came there for celebrating birthday and I got such a bad experience. Another manager came over, and I hoped things would get better. To my disbelief, he was just as rude and condescending, insisting it was just a fly, not a cockroach—as if that somehow made it acceptable! The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as if it was no big deal and offering no genuine apology or solution.The complete lack of respect, sanitation, and customer care at Lucy Lou All day, Andheri East is beyond comprehension. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to risk finding pests in your food and being treated terribly when you raise the issue. Absolutely disgraceful.
