I recently ordered and had a disappointing experience. One of my three items was missing upon delivery, and when I asked the delivery person if I could just pay for the two items I received, he refused to accommodate my request. Frustrated, I ended up canceling my order entirely and went to bed hungry. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope Lucky's Kitchen can improve their customer service in the future. For now, I can't recommend them based on this encounter. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1
