The cakes are very delicious. We have to order to the owner as the shop is closed. I had ordered last time and was waiting like the last time for her to come and hand me the cake. I waited and after sometime came to knw that there was some confusion and she handed over my cake to someone else. She started blaming me for the confusion and was very rude. She never gave proper instruction where to wait n all and nor did she confirm before handing over the cake. Yet she blamed me. I have ordered cake twice and both the time she has been rude. She has lost me as a costumer. She does not entertain small cakes order much.

We ordered 2.5 kg cake from them for my sisters- daughters first birthday. It was a themed cake. The cake characters looked completely real and life like. Amazing thank you so much lucibellos cake for making our special occasion extra special.

Hello. I am visiting lucibello's since few months. The cakes are good in taste but I feel there should be more variety. Also I really want the owner of the shop to smile very often as it is good to smile. And please provide plastic spoons because wooden spoons are uncomfortable to eat with.
