The people standing at the counter seems disinterested in detailing customer about the product. Owner is not to be seen in n number of visits. And there is difference of at least ₹20 per box in sweets segment from the original lovely brand located in jalandhar. Hard to understand the business economics. Service: 1

Pathetic quality in sweets I was regular customer of lovely sweets jalandhar shop few years ago but now the quality and the taste has changed, especially the kapurthala outlet is the worst, I am also a business and I don't like to downgrade somebody's business but guys please take care,. Had aloo Patty at the lovely bake studio and fruit pastry. Aloo Patty tastes good. Fruit pastry was tasty. Prices seem to be on higher side. There are other bakery items to purchase from Shop. Not much space in the bake studio to sit and eat at the studio. Staff behaviour is nice. Items display is nice and one can easily choose items as per his/her requirement and need. Many options in pastries are avilable and cakes are also avilable for buying. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200
