We ordered two cold coffees - Tiramisu and Hazelnut and both were extremely sugary and sweet. It felt like drinking sugar instead of coffee. Both of us could have more than 20% of glass and had to leave the rest. I visit different cafes regularly and this sugar level was way above average.On providing feedback to concerned person, one of them offered a replacement but other server denied saying you have already had half of drink (which was not actually the case). Anyways we were not in mood to argue as two friends had met after a long time and didn’t want a coffee debate to ruin our conversations. But we mentioned to concerned person to caution any next customer and explicitly ask about sugar or preference.My recommendation to anyone going out there, request drinks without sugar and add appropriate sugar yourself.
