Cup was dusty, can't ppl see cup before pouring water, I told them to give sachet and hot water separate otherwise they could have mixed it, where is hygiene man? This is something ppl needs to understand, train ur employees for cleanliness a basic thing

cashier Muthu had arguing attitude and forced to pay the bill. Time slot available with me was 12PM to 6PM. However, ended up paying the bill at 3:30 PM. couldn't order anything more...also had a friend joining in as a surprise but couldn't not add or edit my current table booking request.
