Lotus Dhaba -In night it may be difficult to find this place. Just remember - when going towards Vasai, it is on left side, after Fountain City. When going towards Mumbai, you will have to go to old Fountain hotel and take a u turn towards Fountain City. Place was okay and food was good. Serving was a bit okay. I feel that more people are needed in kitchen as well as serving. When crowd increases, it gets difficult for these guys to prepare and serve. Secondly I expected the food to be Dhaba style, however it was regular restaurant style. Prices are moderately high from regular price. It was my first visit with my family. Nice decor. Cool and calm ambience . The waiter Satyam and people with him are extremely courteous. Owner of lotus , Kamal personally came to each table and made sure we are served properly. It opens at 7pm and closes at 5am. The quantity is quite good Special mention for chicken Nawabi kebab. Chana Garlic (deep fried) tastes good. Order food slowly as the quantity may surprise you and extra food can get wasted.
