This bakery brings the ethnic taste of north kerala exact thalassery because this bakery taste makers are migrated from thlasserry to kothamangalam also a story behind the tastes,that "Kumarrettan" who the guy started the mother bakery at thalassery in 1965 thereafter lotus started at kothamangalam and spread all over the name and tastes. One more interesting thing behind lotus that,kerala honorable CM Mr Pinarayi vijayan is the younger brother of kumarettan and Mr Rijesh Ramachandran owner of the lotus bakery is the grandson of kumarettan. Close relationship with CM.. Anyway congratulations and spread the taste buds across tongue to tongues.. All the very best
