I have been there for 3 times and so disappointed every time. Very bad food overall. Yesterday I ordered donut and felt like half cooked, very bad taste. Seems to have a nice ambience for friends and family but in terms of food ,very bad experience for me. Won't recommend to anyone. I also bought a 1 kg cake for my birthday that was not worth the hype. Still it was not as bad as there other dishes. It was an average. Overall I am disappointed. The food quality at the restaurant is good and I appreciate the efforts in maintaining hygiene. However, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic amenities, such as a washroom. Despite being a restaurant, there is no accessible washroom in the premises, which is a major inconvenience for customers. When I inquired about the availability of a washroom, I received conflicting information from different staff members of Lollino Cafe. One of the staff members mentioned there was a washroom upstairs and another staff member gave me the key to access it. However, as I was making my way there with mom and aunt, another staff member informed me that the washroom was actually closed. This inconsistency and lack of communication among the staff was very frustrating. Instead of providing conflicting directions, the staff members should clearly communicate. Additionally, the overall service was below expectations. This experience made it evident that there is a serious need for better coordination and customer service training for the staff.
