I ordered a three shawarma roll and afgani momo and i found a bird feather inside of momo which is very disappointing for me cause I used to love their food but now there quality hygiene is not up to the mark Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1

I ordered a thali from this restaurant via Swiggy and had a horrible experience. The food was delivered completely cold and tasted awful. The gulab jamun was so hard that it felt like a stone—you could literally play cricket with it. This is pure cheating with customers. Totally waste of money and it spoiled my dinner. Swiggy should ban such restaurants for looting people. I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum. Very bad experience, tasteless food, never ordering again! I ordered food from Lodhi Knights to give my friends a treat. The order was showing that it would arrive in 30 minutes, but the restaurant delivered it after 2 hours, by which time my friends had already left. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but they didn’t even bother to pick up the phone. When I finally opened the food, there was no chutney, no onions, and the chicken tikka was so hard it felt like rubber. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unprofessional and pathetic service. I would strongly advise everyone not to order from this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1
