I recently ordered karahi chicken and aloo stuffed naan and it was not good. I contacted the restaurant. The Chef kuldeep called me and apologized He replaced my order and showed great hospitality I am impressed I will visit the restaurant soon. BIG Thanks my faith is restored.

I had ordered tandoori chicken and roomali roti from lock up Vyapar Kendra Gurugram. They delivered me extremely cold tandoori chicken and roomali roti with full of fungus. When I called restaurant to complain about food quality, they did not even apologised once and top of that they were saying we have sent fresh food from here you have some misunderstanding. I am shocked how can someone cheat like this and play with others health for some money. Extremely disappointed.

i had some issue with lockup but after they compensated really well.. they have dealt with me in pretty good manner.. totally liked the direct service with lockup .. thanks lock up and food was very delicious. thanks for your services..
