Italian food is worth a try here. Nicely cooked pizza, lasagna and steaks can make a profound impression on you. Take your chance to taste delicious beer.
Musicians play live music in the evening. The staff is terrific that's what makes Lock Stock & Barrel so nice. Spectacular service is something visitors like here. A number of people note that prices are affordable for what you get. At this place, guests can enjoy the charming ambiance and modern decor. What I experience, staff and owner could not manage. Avoidable place.
I still doubt the back to back 5.0 rated reviews here.
Anyways , here is quick summary.
Place owner : by no means I want to undermine or discourage you , but since you had asked for honest feedback , here it is. I will definitely go again to see if what you promised is happening or not , lol :-)
Food: Absolutely pathetic. They don't know what they are cooking.
We ordered seafood soup which is simply cut vegetables prawns in boiled water , I was not sick. Seriously !!
Chinese noodles : there were no sauces , it was very bland.
Chicken barbeque : well wrapping chicken cubes in tomato ketchup does not make it tastier.
Seriously you guys need to have a basic cool at least which you lacks for sure.
When we finished and turn around our back side table had 4-5 Plates full left over. That proved I was right.
Ambience:
Nice try but remember this comes after food only.
Food is priority 1.
Service:
Very late. They took 2 hrs to serve this 3 simple items so you can imagine.
Now the owner/representative was continuously asking for feedback etc but this won't help again.
So basic lesson : get the food right first rest all will follow. Also having corporate customers might help for sometime but not in long run. Trust me on this.
I will surely visit again as I am optimistic that you guys can do better . But this first visit is horrible.
