This restaurant offers nicely cooked smoked pork, smoked chicken and momos. The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Enjoyable service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. Many guests note that prices are average for what you get. The atmosphere is pretty, a lot of people like the style of Local Foods. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Just discovered this ‘Local Foods’ and their menu was just a WOW. A variety of choices for non-vegetarians like us with options of Chicken and Pork, both available. Some popular dishes include, ‘Galho with Smoked Pork’, with option of ‘Chicken’ also in the same item. I ordered the ‘Sliced Pork Belly with Sticky Rice’, one of the two 400 Rs plus dishes with a hope that it will be authentic and culinary delight and was truly happy and satisfied. It is a must from my side. For vegetarians, ‘Komol Saul fried rice’ is a different choice as it s not generally available. My Rating: Local Foods, City Center, 3rd Floor, Guwahati a must try for pork lovers. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I had a very disappointing experience with the food. The taste was below expectations, the quality felt poor, and it didn’t seem fresh. The presentation was unappealing, and overall, it was not worth the price. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for good food.
