I used to love this place, which made my recent visit extremely disappointing. We weren’t attended to at all—had to ask for the menu and received it 15 minutes later. Even after waiting another long stretch, no one came to take our order, and we eventually had to go to the counter ourselves. What made it more frustrating was that there were four waiters present, yet our table was completely overlooked. They were busy chatting among themselves—quite loudly—while we kept waiting. When approached, the staff were rude and simply blamed being understaffed. On Valentine’s Day—with only four couples present—this explanation was hard to accept. Overall, a very disappointing experience from a place I once held in high regard. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues, as the current level of service falls far below expectations. I recently had a disappointing experience at Little's Bistro. A sudden rainstorm began when we went there. Still, the staff failed to provide adequate cover, allowing rain to splatter onto our food. Despite requesting assistance, our seats remained exposed, getting increasingly wet. Eventually, we were offered indoor seating, but the issues continued. Our pizza arrived burnt on one end, and when we brought it to the waitress's attention, she took it back, only to return it 20-25 minutes later with the burnt portion cut off. This lack of attention to detail and poor service left a sour taste, ensuring I wouldn't be returning to Little's Bistro again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
