Absolutely pathetic experience. Zero etiquette, zero warmth, and a complete masterclass in how *not* to run hospitality. The staff clearly specializes in being judgmental rather than helpful. Let me share this brilliant piece of management logic: I walked in with my girlfriend, and another girl entered right behind us. Every table was occupied—which the manager clearly saw. The girl behind us went up to him, pointed out that we were a party of two while she was solo, and the manager immediately offered her a table freeing up in 5 minutes. When I pointed out the basic concept of a first-come, first-served queue, since we arrived before her—the manager actually hit me with "She asked me first, that’s why she gets the table first.". Incredible logic. Truly revolutionary customer service. Apparently, showing basic decency and managing a queue is too much to ask. As a frequent visitor, I’ve never faced something so blatantly disrespectful and insulting. Unbelievable audacity. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹2,000+ Recommended dishes: Savoury Spinach and Cheese Crepes, lfh Cake Book, Caprese Style Croissant Sandwich, Mac and Cheese Quesadilla

Little French House has a beautiful ambience—definitely the kind of place that gives a wow first impression with its aesthetics and vibe. However, when it comes to the food and coffee, I found them just average—not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. It’s a nice spot for a one-time visit, especially if you’re going for the atmosphere or photos, but personally, I wouldn’t find myself going back specifically for the food or coffee.
